A proud Vallejo native, Patrice Johnson began her barbering journey in 2013 at Hinton Barber College and earned her license in 2014. After gaining experience in Oakland, she found her professional home at The Double Edged Experience, where her leadership, skill, and dedication have become essential to the shop’s success.

As Team Leader and Operations & Staff Development Manager, Patrice oversees daily shop operations, inventory, and equipment maintenance while ensuring the team meets the highest standards in service and professionalism. She plays a vital role in training and mentoring barbers, fostering an environment of growth, excellence, and community.

Known for her precision, care, and professionalism, Patrice continues to embody the Double Edged mission—building people, purpose, and excellence through every experience.
